This owners of this heritage Hamilton office tower required updating drawings, measurements and floor areas of this 7 floor, 73,000 SF heritage office building and wanted a full BOMA Report for the leasing of vacant units and floors.

We surveyed the building, collecting key measurements, structure and architectural details. We located and documented building mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment.  We created layout plans, virtual tour and photos. We produced a BOMA Area Report for the building and created individual leasing packages for the unoccupied units and floors.
