Our client recently opened a 2,400 SF restaurant downtown Kitchener Ontario. As part of their Liquor Sales License application, the owners required scaled and dimensionally accurate floor plans, showing the layout of the premises and proposed licensed and all ancillary areas, including the outside patio.
 

We conducted a survey of the building, collecting key measurements, structure and architectural details and we created layout plans, a walking virtual tour, interior exterior and photos of the units. We produced the required Liquor License Application floor plan and accompanied capacity schedules.
