Our Owner / Developer client required updating drawings, measurements and floor areas for a portion of their portfolio, including this 33,000 SF standalone building, occupied by The Brick.

We conducted a detailed scan and survey of the building, collecting key measurements, structure and architectural details and we located, identified and documented the building mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment through photos and on the drawings.
