Our client acquired the land and this 17,000 SF multi-storey retail building for future redevelopment. For the ongoing management of the building and future Development Charge Credits they required drawings of the building , photos of equipment and a digital record of the contents and conditions of building, at the time of purchase.
We conducted a detailed survey of the building, collecting key measurements, structure and architectural details and we located, identified and documented the building mechanical, electrical and plumbing [M.E.P.] equipment through photos and on the drawings.
